Science Olympiad Club

Application and Permission Slip

            The Science Olympiad Club is an opportunity for students in grades 3 through 5 to explore science and engineering topics.  The activities and investigations in which members will participate are based on Science Olympiad events.  The club will meet after school on Tuesdays from 2:30 to 3:30.  Parents will need to ensure that students are picked up promptly at 3:30.  If your child is interested in participating, please complete the form below and return it to your homeroom teacher no later than Thursday, September 1st.  Space is limited, so complete and submit your application as soon as possible.
